These seminars and workshops focus on the maxon EPOS motion controller family, in particular on the second generation EPOS2. In a practical way - i.e.with a running system on your desk - you will learn the how to set-up and configure the motion controller with the EPOS Studio software. You can exploit the different operating modes and settings and observe system reaction immediately.
For the programmable version - the EPOS2 P - we offer an introductory workshop on general system knowledge. The main topics are system configuration, and getting to know the tools for programming. After the workshop you should be able to judge the potential use of the EPOS2 P for your application.
The EPOS2 P programming workshop looks closer at the programming with IEC 61131-3. It shows how the programming software tool, the libraries and sample programs can be used to create simple programs with motion control. This workshop is a starting point for your own programming.
